At Curly Heaven, we want you to love your curls; if a product isn't the perfect match for your hair texture, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We offer full refunds or exchanges on all items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label sent to your email after your request was approved.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
